Horrible virus

Has anyone had similar? I've had a virus since the 10th - started with runny nose, sneezes, sore throat. That lasted for about a week, then my back has been so sore, all up the sides, can barely sit up straight at times, and coughing.

I work part-time and struggled into work for the first 3 shifts, but today I had a migraine as well as this and I just couldn't go in.

The weird thing is my teeth. My teeth were hurting when I walked - every step I take, it feels like my teeth were jolting in my gums. Today my teeth are hurting even when I'm sitting still. I don't know if it's sinus congestion or something? It's pretty sore.

I'm completely exhausted. Just no energy. You'd think that after 11 days I'd be getting better.

Sorry to hear this, Fluffy. Did it clear on its own, or did you need abx? How long did you take to recover?

Sounds horrid. I’d deffo hazard a guess that your teeth and head pain are related to sinus infection, which is often found at the tail end of a coldy period. I’d see gp. I’ve had antibs to help exactly this in the past.
As for the back and side pain..could this be muscular from coughing??
Have you taken any brufen? This is will help both things.

Take care and hope you feel better soon

Hi yes gp prescribed steroid spray first but I still needed an antibiotic for 5 days , still lingering a little bit but much better.
