Allergy or something else?

Been to the doctors today as the rash I've had since Saturday isn't clearing up after antihystimines,it's irritating me rather than itching,she thinks it's an allergic reaction to something but I'm not using anything different or eating different foods.help!

What sort of rash/where is it?

It's was red but now just pink/ skin colour and irritating constantly,face,arms,chest only.my skin feels different texture in those areas
