How can I get a copy of my medical records?
My old maternity ones I want
I don't know where to start or anything
And advise will be muchly appreciated

GPs only have a summary of your maternity notes from your maternity discharge letter. Hospitals have to keep your maternity records for 18 years (I think) so write to the hospital and ask them for a full copy.
