Should I cancel my appointment?

Help me decide. I'm very aware how busy GP practices are and don't want to waste anyone's time. I've had very sharp, intermittent pelvic pain around my right ovary for 2 to 3 weeks. Made an appointment to see GP tomorrow. Woke up today and it's gone. Last month I had 2 periods, both v heavy lasting 10 days and two weeks later another for 6 days. Pain when it was there, was excrutiating. I had a copper coil fitted in July. Feel fine today but scared the pain may come back. Any advice?

Go. Sod's law means it'll come back if you cancel the appointment. Better to get checked IMO.

Thats what I keep thinking.
