Bloody, bastard, threadworms

I have threadworms, having successfully avoided them for 38 years despite years of dubious hygiene practices (as a child).

DD (2) has somehow skilfully avoided them (though she probably brought the bastard eggs into the house). Or at least as far as I can tell she isn't infested (no sign, no moaning of itchy bum, no worms in her nappy).

DH (also 38) has buggered off on a work trip, so at least that's one less person to hoover under and wash towels for.

I found the offending worm (singular) whilst hovering elegantly over granmama's compact mirror shining an Assistive Light up my bum, at 2am Thursday morning.

DD, DH and I took the Ovex Thursday afternoon - and I'm still getting late-night tickles.

What do I do if Ovex doesn't work? How long should I give it? I reckon it's been 4 and a bit days.

did you throw out all the toothbrushes and disinfect the bathroom?

Yep.

Except DD's toothbrush as it's kept away from changing/washing areas. That having been said, I should probably give her a new one tomorrow.
