Help health anxiety

Hi please help me i suffer from health anxiety but for past few months ive had really weird symptoms ... symptoms include pain in my chest that hurt when i press on it pain can travel into arm pits ... pain in forearms and hands ... constantly tired and dizzy even after just starting work.

... i have a really bad pain in my back from 6 years ago that is alot worse and pain in my feet when i get up in the morning.. pain in my upper ribs and mid to lower back at sides .

very weird pain all over my head that radiates to different parts and im 4 months pregnant my third son is ten month and went through 4 cardiac arrests at 12 days old the shock took ages to wear of.

now i feel like this person trapped with all this pain im so scared im going to have a heart attack drs keeping a eye on my white blood count as a bit high but thinks its asmatha but thats been 6 month.

You have health anxiety. You won't have a heart attack so try and shift your focus from that

Practice some relaxation therapies and see your doctor to discuss how you can recover from your HA - it's pointless to focus on what it isn't - focus on what it is. And that's HA

Thank you im on sertraline have been for around 8 year but i think my pregnancy hormones are heightening the HA this time.

Thank you normally i know its my health anxiety but I've been stuck in this for weeks now.

Sometimes it just helps to have someone kick you up the backside and tell you to get on with it so thank you.

I know it sucks as I suffer myself. What can you do? I can honestly tell you that you're not about to keel over and I dont even know you 😃

Yes being pregnant won't help at all. Everything heightened. Try and accept it's the non sane side of your brain trying to take over. It sounds trite, but get into a good book, or have a hot bath or settle down to a decent series on Netflix ..just little things for now
