I have just read about the benefits but keen to hear feedback from people who drinks it everyday and really feels better for it ? I want to build up my immune system!

It's terrible for your teeth, I believe. Destroys the enamel.

The acid from reflux is worse for tooth enamel than apple cider vinegar. Besides, you drink it down very diluted with water, not use it as a mouthwash! I find it really calms my reflux, and an upset stomach.

Currently making some - plan to use for cooking. Will try it medicinally.

It prevents me from having agonising indigestion but other than that no major benefit.

You need to make sure you buy the raw apple cider vinegar with the 'mother' in it - this is the good bacteria that is said to have health benefits. It's really important to dilute it well before drinking it. I just use it in salad dressings a few times a week - not sure if it has had any notable benefits though :)
