i am having a wisdom tooth out under GA in 3 weeks and yesterday went for my pre op.
The nurse took my BP and said it was 150/105 which was high, he also said i had a temperature which was not surprising as i have an infection due to the wisdom tooth and am on antibiotics ALSO DS was with me and was very anxious and was saying things like 10 minus seconds to meltdown He has AS and gets freaked by hospitals but i didnt have a childminder for him.......
so the nurse sent me for an ECG they said it was fine but he insisted that i see the dentist as they might want to admit me , oh and he rang my GP for an appointment on monday, so im getting very stressed by now, i had to phone DH to come out of work cos DS was meltdowning on the hospital corridors and the emergency dentist said to me flipping heck i thought i was going to have to put you under GA immediately the way the nurse was going on, yes you have an infection but it can be treated with some more antibiotics.
so now im worrying about high blood pressure, the only time ive had this before is when i was PG.

just worried now.
