I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 2 yrs ago.i have had 6 spinal surgeries since 2012,I am in constant pain with both conditions, taking up to 30 tablets a day.my moods are so low and the fatigue is at its worse this week.i haven't been able to leave the house.have slept and cried.i see no friends as they don't understand and have only afew family members who don't understand also and busy with their own lives.i forget everything and cant concentrate on anything.i am only 40 with a 21yr son and a 12yr daughter .I asked my doctor about CBD and she said no way should I go near it cause of all the meds I'm on.something about cbd not having the means to break down the tablets meaning I will have a build up of toxins, obviously dangerous.just wanted abit of advice as i feel of no where to turn right now

I have ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia & sever osteoarthritis, I was on Gabapentin, tramadol & other drugs for pain, I decided to risk trying CBD & am now at the stage that I only take painkillers at night, my pain isn't totally better, but it's manageable. I vape the CBD mixed with ordinary vape juice, I haven't had any bad reactions to using it.

Please be very careful. I’d listen to your doctor - there are some drugs used to treat pain/depression which don’t interact well.

Yeap, I was on baccalephen, tramadol, codeine and oramorph with diazepam as and when to top up. I now use meditation and cbd with paracetamol and maintain my levels much better.

I too have fibromyalgia and am on high painkillers. I am considering CBD oil also. Thankfully my husband is my rock but I have also cut myself off from family & friends. I don’t know what is normal anymore. I would be interested to see how CBD oil works for you?
