Back support thread?

Is there an up to date back support thread for people who have bad backs? I am sure I have seen one in the past but can't find a recent one.

The one you are probably thinking about moved onto FB and is closed but someone posted a link for another ... I don't know how they did that but if you type "Back Pain & Sciatica Sufferer Support" into FB in the search box you should find it - you have to answer a couple of questions to get in which I just did
