Spot on breast

Can I ask if it’s normal to get a small red acne type spot on breast skin? Sorry if stupid question!

The GP will just tell you you have a spot on your breast.

Is it on your nipple?

If not then how big is it? You say small and so I'm assuming not big.

It’s on the actual breast skin - not nipple. Slightly yellow tinge in the middle - smaller the a pencil eraser.

Does it feel like a pea under the surface or does it just feel like a spot?

No it feels like a pea above the surface.....it’s a spot isn’t it...

Its extremely likely to be a spot OP. I should say I am not a doctor but have been in and out of the doctors recently with breast issues (cysts)

Ive been told that spot like marks on breasts are rarely of concern unless they are eczema like on the nipple which could be a fairly rare form of breast cancer. Hard pea like lump under the skin could be a cyst.

Hopefully a doctor will come along and corroborate (or tell you I'm talking rubbish)

For context mine is the size of a 10p.

I see this was several years ago but I have an identical spot and no one can figure out what it is! Did you ever find out??

Yep I get them every now and then and they generally go in about a week to ten days - I think mine are hormonal
