I have health anxiety so please be gentle!

For about 48hours now I've had a strange sensation in my arm. Not painful, it's useable but bizarre absent feeling. Sorry if I'm not describing it well. Ditto in my right leg at times.

I had a trapped nerve in my shoulder/arm come on yesterday and ended up in A and E the pain was so bad. Like a crampy pain x 100 with numbness and tingling in my hand. Got given codeine and told to rest.

don't think what you've put sounds similar, especially if no pain.

Now I'm panicked.

Well I phoned 111 and was told to go to A and E so suggest you do same?

I googled pinched nerve and it sounds familiar. It's not painful like yours and I can drive and use it as normal just feels odd.

You're lucky - the pain was unbelievable. Up there with toothache and contractions!

Good god you poor thing. I'll give it a few days to see if it sorts itself out

If its not painful I'd wait and see if it goes away as most things do. A random chill or something it sounds like - trapped nerve is painful and can take months to resolve.
