I had a root canal started yesterday and I felt fine all afternoon/evening. This morning I had an anxiety attack and my stomach feels very uncomfortable. Could this be a reaction to the local anaesthetic?.

No - the local (and any adrenaline in it) is long gone by now. (From an anaesthetist).

I imagine it could be delayed shock or stress then?. I was shaking after I'd had it done.

Annoying either way 😭
