My pre teen, a keen rugby player, has Osgood Schlatters disease. Can anyone recommend a good knee brace/support?

Our physio recommended taping rather than a brace or support. this site here is full of useful info and has a link showing you where/how to tape.

A brace might catch on the protuberances and make the pain worse. Taping helps. My child found massage (esp front and sides of thighs) released the tension. Those spiky ball massagers and cylindrical rolling things are good. Ice the knees ASAP after sport. See a good physio for an exercise programme. He should also, ideally, reduce the amount of sport he plays. Unfortunately rest is the thing that helps the most.
