I have an under active thyroid, had my levels checked recently and all is fine. I also have Fibromyalgia and not going through a current flare (I think!). I've had a MOT recently and again, everything is normal.
Anyway, All this week I've felt awful extreme tiredness as soon as I'm up and about in the morning, I try to push through it but between 11am and 1pm it becomes too much and I HAVE to take a nap between 20 minutes to an hour long. When I wake up, I feel a million times better - how I expect to feel in the mornings and afternoon. Luckily I have my own business so I'm able to take a nap break like that otherwise I'd be stuffed.
I'm baffled as to why I feel like this every single day! Anyone else had this? What did you do to over come this? I can't and don't want to keep taking naps in the day.
