My wife has laryngitis and a crackle on her chest aswel as a sprained wrist, she’s on amoxicillin 500mg one 3 times a day along with one ibuprofen 400mg and one co codamol 3 times a day. She has a temp and the pain isn’t going can I give her 2 paracetamol 500mg and one ibuprofen 400mg and her amoxicillin instead? She has a temp that’s why I want to change it to paracetamol she’s due them in 3 hours
