Evening Primrose Oil / Facial Hair

I am planning on starting EPO to hopefully reduce PMS. I've read lots of good things about it in general but one of the things I noticed was that it promotes hair growth. As I also suffer from facial hair (quite coarse too) I was wondering if EPO would promote facial hair growth too?

Has anyone had experience on EPO?!

My mum swears by it for hormonal issues and I have used it for PMS on and off for years and so does my sister. No noticeable hair growth to report in fact my mum is 65 now and loosing hair from her eyebrows!
