I've had a spot down below, about a pea size below for a few months. Not internal, kind of near the outer labia/pubic bone. Over the weeks I've squeezed (sorry!) and a bit of gunk has come out but never really gone down. Today in the bath, noticed it was particularly inflamed, 5p size perhaps, and looking particularly squeezable, I went for it and loads of green ooze came out. I've since coated it in savlon and whilst it's gone down, it's not gone. Do I really need to see someone or will it just ooze away on its own accord?
