I have completley run out of nappy rash cream and poor ds has woken up today grumpy as anything i'm guessing he is teething but his bottom is so sore it's bleeding!

Has anyone got any home remedies that i may have in the house, i can't get out for a while i just want something to sooth him.

no nappy on is the best. Changing mat/ water proof sheet on the floor with towel over to protect the floor.
Camomile tea is great to wash their bums with too if you ahve any

Paint his sore bits with egg white and leave nappy off. It will sort of seal it and also helps it heal. Repeat as necessary. My health visitor told me of this remedy which was much more common years ago, before the onset of all the salmonella scares. After that HVs were no longer allowed to recommend it. Good luck!

Egg white on bottom and allow to dry provides a barrier between skin and wee. Also second the use f chammomile tea instead of wipes.
