Bullseye rash

We went to a friends house yesterday and spent a lot of time in their beautiful country garden and walking in fields. I’ve literally been bitten to pieces but this bit in particular is bad, I’m now a bit worried because it seems to have another ring around it.
I know bullseye rashes can be from a tick bite but always thought it was white in the middle and then a red ring where this is brigh red in the centre with a lighter red ring. Could it be a tick bite or just some other nasty beastie?

I would go to doctor and mention Lyme, few types of Lyme rash.

Is it hugely swollen and hard? When I get horsefly/cleg bites they look like that. But it could be a tick. Draw round the two rings with a pen and if they are bigger tomorrow I’d certainly be trying to see a doc.
