Lymph Nodes

Anybody have any experience with lymph nodes ?
Partner has confirmed none cancerous lymph nodes in his neck. Now he is getting pain in his arm pit and the doctor keeps fobbing him of basically says he's making it up had to see another doc to get scan on neck for lymph nodes, DP asked for CT scan can't get one for the love of money even asked if can refer and we pay for the scan !!! Still nothing, DP is 37 get cold sweats always tired and feels unwell! At a loss of were to turn....

See a different gp. Lymph nodes usually become sore and inflamed when the person has a virus which they are there to fight.

If your partner is anxious about it this can cause the sweats too.

If he is prodding and poking them this can make them stay up as you're injuring them.

I have a few I can feel in my neck and they swell quite large when I'm poorly. Go said to me if they're moveable theyre generally ok.
