I’ve recently not been eating that great due to heavy workloads. Lots of bread products, dairy and takeaways. I’ve gone from eating plenty of fruit and veg, low carb meals to complete crap basically. I’ve had food poisoning like symptoms for 3 seperate days in the past 2 weeks and I feel like it’s because my eating has changed drastically. I ruled out food poisoning but I definitely felt like my body was trying to get bad stuff out. I couldn’t keep much water or anything down for up to 24 hours after being sick. I just feel awful constantly and am going to go back to eating healthy meals tomorrow. I’m hoping it will make a massive difference.
Don’t want to waste time trying to get an appointment with a GP. Am I right in thinking my sickness is down to my diet? I am very healthy aside from this and I’m definitely not pregnant!
