Is this rash worrying? (pic)

I havent seen it in real life and I'm not quite sure if this is a rash or just a patch of spots on dd's sholder. She did have a bit of acne on her back and chest last year but this is much more red than that and only in one area, the rest of her completely clear.
Does it look like she needs to see a doctor or like it will just clear up on its own?

Is it sore? Is she well in herself ? A pharmacist may be a good first call but I'd want to check it's not shingles, hard to tell from a pic

Thanks, no pain but slightly uncomfortable if she touches it, says she feels fine otherwise but will tell her to go to a pharmacist tomorrow.
