Weird mouth sensation

A strange one. You know when you eat something really sour (e.g a sour sweet) and your mouth kind of hurts? Well I'm getting this with a lot of things at the moment, for example, weak squash, grapes. I seem to be hypersensitive and I don't know why. It just hurts!

Any ideas?

Should've mentioned that I have a few autoimmune conditions, and I've been flaring slightly recently, with slightly enlarged gland in one side of neck, sore behind ear and sore scalp.
