I am not surprised btw I used to have ME but have been in remission for years
However currently I eat/drink
Cereal with lots of sugar & s/s milk
Lunch tuna mayo sandwich or baked potato & butter or stir fry
Tea Mince & mash or scampi & chips or toad in the hole
Plus fruit and maybe 4/5 biscuits or chocolate
Tea with lots of sugar (about 5/7 a day)
Over 2l lemonade
And I am not losing or gaining weight
