Spots! Bites? Chicken pox? Pics attached

I've come out in itchy spots this morning, had chicken pox as a teen, all DC have had them too.
No one else is affected, the dogs are clear of fleas.
Wtf? Confused
I have about 15 on torso arms and legs with more appearing
