GP or opticians ??

For the past month or so I have been getting spasms in my left eye, not in my eye lid, feels like behind the eye. I have left it and hoped it would vanish but it’s happening more often, probably 10-20 times a day. I have had other spasms on my left side in my leg and arm (not as often as the eye, just occasionally in the leg and arm). I do get head aches but wouldn’t say they were migraines as not that bad.

Should I get my eyes checked or should I see my GP?

I think if you go to see one they'll advise you to also see the other, but I would start at the opticians.
