Headaches during pregnancy

Hi all
I am 15 weeks pregnant today and am suffering from headaches every single day. Sometimes bad, mostly a dull, persistent ache. I go to bed with them. I wake up with them. Has anyone else found this? I'm struggling to get a doctors appointment but last time I mentioned it she didn't seem concerned. My midwife has checked my blood pressure (which was a touch low but she said nothing to be concerned about). It's just driving me mad!

I did with my first. I was told it was just a pregnancy thing for me 🤷‍♀️ Awful though..

Are you drinking enough? Try and drink as much water as possible.

Headaches should be kept on eye on though particularly in late pregnancy as they can be a sign of high blood pressure and pre-eclampsia.

I get this every pregnancy. I think it is a hormone thing.

My sister advised me to eat halfway through the night, or right before bed. That did the trick for me. Also make sure you drink enough fluid as pp suggested.

If eating and drinking more doesn’t help them tell your doctor/midwife.

Thank you all. That's really reassuring. I'm drinking loads and still waking up with them! I see my midwife next Friday so I will mention it again as they have checked my blood pressure and nothing wrong there
