Post surgery pus

I had a lumpectomy and lymph node removal on Friday. The lumpectomy cut has small amounts of yellow-ish pus in 3 places. There red areas around are going down.

Is this a normal part of healing or should I ring the hospital? It's under surgical glue, so I can't smell it.
