Smell

For a couple of months now all I can smell is cigarette smoke. Almost all the time. I have now convinced myself I have a brain tumour. Health Anxiety..... anyone else have this

Have you had s bad cold or sinus infection? I had one at Christmas and its only in the last month the horrible smells have gone ranging from smoke to a dead animal like smell.

I had that exact same phantom smell. It turned out to be a side-effect of an allergy. I took Beconase and that sorted me out. Do you have allergies/ rhinitis?

Ooooo thanks for your responses. I think I did have a bad cold in the colder months. I don't have any allergies that I know off. Never really had problems with my sinuses 🤔. It's such a horrible smell.
