Head massage

Hi

I sometimes rub my own scalp it feels lovely. My head feels tender and sore. Wondering if a head masssge would help and what might cause the soreness. Went for a blow dry and was even hooing their firm.shampoo would help but didnt get one

Mine feels weird sometimes too. When my hair is due a wash mainly. I have long hair so it may be the weight of it, lol. Is your hair long? I've heard the Indian head massage is very good. Our local college does them, must book myself in. Shame they didn't massage your head when conditioning your hair OP, what a let down

Same when it needs washing but it hasnt helped. Its bob length and i dont tie iy back tight. Thanks pp
