Long time lurker, first time posting!
I had an internal pelvic ultrasound scan a week ago to check for ovarian cysts. I was clear for these but my endometrial lining was measured at 11mm which I was told was thick and have been referred to gynacology to check for endometrial cancer (waiting for appointment). A quick Google suggests that I may be high risk as I am overweight and have polycystic ovaries. I'm 46 and assumed I am heading towards menopause, my periods are always a bit erratic but have actually been more regular recently although very light.
Has anyone had any experience of this?
Thanks!
