Brain tumour??? Paranoid

Hi.... for a few months now I can smell cigarette smoke almost constantly.... I also have a sore neck that leads to my head which aches a bit. So after looking at Dr Google I'm freaking out and now think I've got a tumour. Has anyone else that this ?

Try not to be alarmed, it could be any number of things, sinus problems, phantosmia for example. Book a gp appointment asap to try and get some answers. Must be annoying for you and the worry is probably causing the head/neck ache which could be signs of migraine. Hope you get some answers soon.
