Partial denture for 2 top front teeth

Hi I had an accident in the bath on 14th July. I slipped and badly fractured both front teeth. I was rushed by my husband to my private dental practice where they were splintered in using wires at the back.
I have been told they are both dead and I am having them taken out on 23rd August.
I am so scared of:
a) having the teeth out
b) having an acrylic partial denture
I hope to save up for 2 implants in the future.
Is there anyone here wearing a partial denture that can share their experience with me.
Thanks Jill x

I have one. It's ok....it looks real. Took about a week to get used to it OP. Mine is just one tooth at the front. Main front tooth. I don't use grip for it as it stays in and I don't like the way the glue feels.

I never take it out except for cleaning my teeth.
