Well, not bones but joints. Every morning and when I've been sitting for a while my legs, particularly ankles, just sieze up and it takes 20-30 steps to feel vaguely normal. Is it just an age thing (I'm only 39)? I only remember it really since having the dc but the last one was 6 years ago and it's getting worse not better. I take cod liver oil when I remember for tendonitis, is there anything else that coups help?

Doesn't sound normal in my world. Have you plans to speak to your GP?

I'm not sure it's gp worthy. It's been like this for a few years and just achey joints for a few minutes. I'm reasonably sure it's nothing serious! Maybe I'll ask next time I'm there..

I have (had) this. Same age as you. Same sort of timeframe so think it is age related/having had kids etc. Mine improves when I wear sensible shoes and am doing regular exercise. Also, goes without saying, dont sit with feet tucked under you.

Please update if you find anything else of relevance. Good luck!
