Hey guys I know most people on here probably aren’t professionals but if anyone has experienced something similar and can shed some light I would be grateful.

I’m a 17 y/o girl and I have anxiety which doesn’t help my symptoms.

My symptoms are an uncomfortable stomach along with nausea also sometimes cramps, I’ve had a bit of bloating but that’s died down recently I’ve also found it really tender to touch my belly button and it causes a lot of pain if I press down on it, I also have heartburn and increased belching and gas.
I’ve got other symptoms as well which aren't to do with my belly- I’ve got a headache witch is on and off they seem like tension headaches because I feel that my head is slowly being crushed I also have a sore throat and I’ve had a cough in which I’m coughing up phlegm also a blocked nose I’ve had back pain as well but I do a lot of sports so back pain is really common- I’ve been struggling with since before this year but I know whether it’s flared up a bit it seems a bit worse recently.

Base on the symptoms my initial thought was pregnancy but after 6 negative home tests and a negative urine test done by GP as well as regular periods up to the current date I ruled this out.
I’ve recently had the contraceptive implant which I think had induced some things like increased acne, but the stomach problems started before then.

GP thinks it is my stomach producing excess acid which has irritated but I don’t understand why I would feel the worst pain around my bellybutton. GP gave me MEPRADEC (how long should this take to work).

I don’t want to go back to the GP as she says there’s nothing wrong and I should wait it out.

Also had blood tests and nothing came back as a worry.

But I’ve lost 8kg in 12 weeks with no lifestyle differences.

I appreciate all advice x

Sorry you're feeling so unwell OP Thanks
Maybe take your Gp's advice and wait it out for another two weeks and then go back if you're still feeling so poorly.
Hugs xx
