Ear candling

Does this work? Any experiences to share?
I'm thinking of giving it a go.
Would really appreciate any answers

No, it doesn't work. The so called 'chimney effect' is a myth, and if the hear is enough to soften the wax it will damage the skin.

There is no evidence that candling removes ear wax. As with many alternative therapies, there will be anecdotal evidence but studies show that it does not remove ear wax.

Do not do this. My ENT surgeon best friend spend lots of her time picking up the pieces when it goes wrong.

If your ears are blocked, try using olive oil drops. Microsuction is amazing.
