DS2 has just had grommits - what earplugs can I buy online so he can go swimming?

He is just 3, so we are talking paddling and splashing around with armbands, not full head immersion. I need to get them online ideally. What has worked for you?

TIA

Hmmm - no personal experience but dd's friend had grommits and got some customised earplugs made at the hospital for £25. Her mum said they were brilliant.

We use earbandits and putties for dd3, got them online from perfectly happy people.

She's going to have a second set done this week and were told not to bother with the buddies and bandits and just to use cotton wool soaked in vasaline, we also enquired about the moulds but we were told that they need changing every time the shoe size goes up so could be expensive in the long run. Think we will go down the vaseline route and see what happens.

cotton wool and vaseline?
what, ball some up, cover it in vaseline and stuff it in? I could do that...

will look at PHP as well, thanks very much

scatter, the hosp didn't tell us anything useful and certainly didn't try and sell us customised earplugs, grr

wild!

so basically anything that moulds to the ear, is waterproof, and won't stick

The nurse practioner told us to do exactly that...ball it up etc etc.
