Has anyone had sudden chest pain? Never had it before but had it nearly the same time these last few days. I haven't got anxiety. But also been suffering with abdominal pain for the last so many weeks which stops me in my tracks atleast ones a week. Thank u

See a doctor ASAP. Lots of things can cause chest and abdominal pain. Some causes can be quite serious.

See your gp tomorrow. Do you suffer from acid reflux? This causes chest pains too. But see someone to make sure everything is ok.

Best to get checked. Heart problems in females often present with gastric issues as well. Different to men.

Hi OP. I get what I think is costochondritis sometimes. It always takes me by surprise and stops me in my tracks. Feels like my ribs are on fire every time I breathe and move them. The only thing that stopped me panicking the first time it happened was that the pain immediately and completely disappeared if I held my breath! Is it anything like that?

SpringLake · 14/08/2018 21:51

P. S. It always goes away after an hour or so, too! Very odd. No idea what causes it!

Luciemariee · 15/08/2018 09:02

No as bad I don't think the chest pain doesn't really hurt just know its there its my abdonal pain that's worse
