Hi I’m hoping someone will be able to reassure me. I recently found a white small bump on my top gum above my pointed tooth on the side it feels hard to touch and does not cause any pain but I’m really worried about it. Has anyone had anything similar, it looks like bone and is right at the top of the tooth
