ive not got a cold at all but im blowing out firm big bits of phelgm!

my throat had been feeling tight all week and i couldnt breathe very well...its abit ok now as since the phelgm started to come out!

can u explain what thats about pls?

Do you smoke? Big unconfirmed bits of pleghm are 'orrid.

The ones that you are convinced that are parts of your lungs are awful as well.
