Anyone been to one? Wondering if I was unlucky!
First appointment, lots of questions about my job (I have two) and support at home (Er, none). Consultant says I probably need to cut down work (can't afford it)
They offer me a pain management course but it's a full day, every Wednesday - I work a FT and a PT job and I can't take a full day off a week (new job, probation etc)
That's it. Because I can't go to the course they can't offer me anything 
No mention of injections, physio, exercise, nothing at all. I've got two different types of pain, nerve pain after spinal surgery and bone pain due to medication
