Should I see GP

Hi all, I'm looking for some advice.
This past week, I've suffered from memory loss - for e.g. I will be sat there and decided to put the washing out after my lunch, then 5 mins later I can no longer remember what I've decided to do no matter how hard I try to recall.
I could be cuddling my little boy in the night, think to myself "I can write that list of things to take on holiday" and then get back into bed and completely forget what it is I had just decided I was going to do!
Obviously those are examples as I can't actually remember what it was.

This has happened 2 to 3 times a day for about a week now and has come on from nowhere. I'm suffering some woozy spells and get a "head rush" at least once a day.
Do I need to see my GP about this or have others experienced the same?

Worth a GP visit I’d say

Would be worth a visit to get your bloods done to see what's going on with your thyroid, iron levels and b12 etc. It's amazing how vitamin deficiencies can affect you so I would want to rule that out then take it from there.

I actually have low B12 and used to have injections so maybe that's it!
Thanks

You might be able to see nurse practitioner sooner for a sort of triage?

Could it be a UTI? They can make you go a bit forgetful and muddled. If you can’t see a doctor, maybe worth just taking a sample in and getting it checked out.

I've been like that my whole life (unhelpful, I know)
