Stopped antibiotics feeling sick

Can antibiotics make you feel ill still a few days after stopping them? I was on erythromycin took for 2 days and couldn't handle them anymore, my chest was pounding, felt weak, sick, light headed all together off it due to them just to mention a few lastnight a few hour after I'd ate tea I felt sick to the point I thought I was going to vomit then got the same feeling this morning just not as bad.

Anyone?

Surely it's more likely to be the untreated infection you were prescribed the erythro for that's making you feel unwell?

Op, antibiotics are to fight an infection.

If you stop taking them, your body is trying to fight the infection on it’s own and that’s probably why you feel terrible. Doctors seldom give out antibiotics these day unless they are absolutely necessary.
You need to either finish the course or go back to your GP. Do you have someone with you tonight?

The doctor wasn't even sure I had an infection he even said himself he gave them me as a precaution. I had what felt like a really bad cold and went to the doctors as normally I can ride through them but with being pregnant I just wanted to be checked over I've no cold symptoms/temp etc since Monday night it is just a sick feeling and real bad heartburn I'm not sure if they messed with my stomach or what
