I've had one painless swollen gland on the right for about two weeks. Yesterday both sides were swollen and a bit sore, slightly sore throat, headache, sore neck, fatigue, weak/lightheaded with sort of sparky vision. Thought maybe I was getting a migraine. Then dh texted that he'd been headachey and dizzy all day.
Maybe virus with sinus infection?
I'm away for a month from next week so wondering if this is a matter for gp or if it will just go away.
