i have a hair fragment stuck to/in my eyeball :( haircut was yesterday but eye still irritated/sore today. is there anything i can/should do?

If it's actually stuck in your eye you need to go to minor injuries if you have one (not sure if they deal with eyes thought tbh), or A&E if not - be prepared for a long wait as you will get an emergency eye clinic referral and they are notorious for the waiting times!
Do you have someone who could help you try and flush it out with some cool boiled water if it's just sitting in there?

I'm assuming you've already tried flushing your eye out with something like Optrex?

If that hasn't worked I'd see a GP ASAP - you don't want to mess around with your eyes.

just tried eye bath/wash and it's more comfy but i think it's still there, in the same place.

go to an optician. any optician. they have the tools to look and can refer to specialist if needed.
they can also rinse thd eye, remove foriegn bodies if appropriate and advise on self treatment following that.

I went last week as got sand in the eye on the beach...
