Long term B12 deficiency now low folate

Hi......B12 been low & managed with 3 monthly injections for 2.5 yrs. Had low Vit D, low calcium as well which are being managed orally, have now been told I have low folate. ...

Symptoms (which have been going on for 3 yrs) extreme fatigue, breathlessness, mood swings, abdominal bloating, sore muscles/joints, iregular periods, extreme pain when menstruating, pelvic pain when not, dry skin, hair breaking, gums bleeding (dentist says no infection) dry fanny,

Doc says too young for perimenopause (44)

Am exhausted am keep being offered anti-depressants.....only low cause exhausted and physically drained....what do ii do?

Have you seen a gynae?
Has the cause of your low B12 been identified?
Have you had a colonoscopy & gastroscopy?
Has your thyroid been checked?
