Originally just pale and now dark spot appearing - obv have the big C in mind but have looked at sebbhoroic keratosis. Anyone else had those? The largest is around 6mm, so zoomed in.

I don't know your age, so apologies in advance! SKs are extremely common as you age - I'm 71 and have lots of SKs on my torso, upper arms and even on my face, some of them are very dark. Yours looks just like one. They are quite benign, and nothing to worry about, but of course if you are worried, then I'm sure your GP will be happy to re-assure you.
I actually saw my GP last Friday, about a small spot in my hairline, that occasionally felt sore, and I was a bit suspicious about. She diagnosed it as an Actinic keratosis, which is caused by sun damage, and prescribed a gel for it.

So weird that you posted this today - had just noticed 3 on my leg and was considering asking myself.

(I'm 36, nearly 37). Thanks @NanTheWiser - looks like I'm going to get lots.

...and I think they are hereditary, my late mum had quite a few too.
