DP gets blurred vision and sore heads

When DP gets very hungry he says he can't see properly out of his left eye, like it's blurry or can't focus. Once the hunger is sorted the vision returns but he's hit with a very sore head so all he can do is go to bed. What does this sound like to you? Migraine? Low blood sugar?

Sounds like a migraine... could be dehydration/lighting/lack of fresh air?

Sounds like low blood sugar leading to migranes.

Thanks for the replies. It could also be dehydration. He does a very physical sport and somehow forgot to eat and drink for much of the day
