I have managed to sprain my wrist. Nothing in particular happened, I think it was just a combination of carrying heavy bags and being a bit rough with it throughout the day/at the gym on Sunday. I have tried to rest it since but the pain is getting worse. It’s a mild pain, I sort of feel silly going to my GP, but at the same time it isn’t getting any better.
I have been trying to rest it but it’s very difficult as I am right handed and it’s my right wrist that is hurting. It’s my dominant hand so I’m naturally inclined to use it more often, so I end up subconsciously over exerting myself. Little things like holding my phone, typing at work, washing my face or taking my shoes off strain it.
Was just looking for advice on how to care for it - I’m going on holiday on Friday so worried about it getting worse whilst I’m away.
